TIRUMALA: The Tirumala Tirupati Devasthanams (TTD) on Friday announced that there would be no VIP break darshan on September 12 as Koil Alwar Tirumanjanam would take place on that day. For this reason, no letters of recommendation for VIP Break darshan will be accepted on September 11.

TTD has reiterated that due to anticipated huge crowds for Srivari twin Brahmotsavams this year, rooms and cottages would be allocated to donors and not on their recommendation letters. Because of twin Brahmotsavams this year beginning from September 18-26 and October 15-23 TTD appealed to all donors to book their room or cottage requirements in advance on the TTD website.

There would be no special allocation to donors from September 20-22 in view of Garuda Seva on September 22. Similarly during Navaratri Brahmotsavam, there would be no privileged allotments to donors from October 17-19 because of Garuda Seva on October 19.

TTD also clarified that devotees who donated more than two rooms in a cottage would be allocated two rooms for two days on self-visit. Similarly for donors of only one room in a cottage, the allocation during Brahmotsavam would be just one room for two days on self-visits.
