HYDERABAD: The police have cracked murder case of a man killed on February 9 at Subash Nagar under Jeedimetla police station limits in Quthubullapur

and arrested the accused Pheku Khan, 35.

According to Balanagar ACP Hanmantha Rao, the victim identified as Yasin Baig, 45, and accused Pheku Khan who were under the influence of alcohol and had a heated argument, which eventually led the accused to attack Yasin leaving him die on the spot.

After committing the murder, the accused fled to West Bengal. However, the police were able to track him down in Kolkata as part of their investigation. Pheku Khan was apprehended and taken into custody and sent to remand.

Both the deceased, Yasin Baig, and the accused, Pheku Khan, have a history of involvement in various murder cases. The police are continuing their investigation into the case to determine the full circumstances surrounding the incident.
