HYDERABAD: A Telangana State Road Transport Corporation (TSRTC) bus driver refused to allow a woman to board the bus at Lakdikapool, citing that the bus was overloaded on Thursday.

The woman, who was denied entry, expressed her frustration towards the RTC driver, questioning how he could refuse her entry onto the bus.

In a video circulating on social media, the woman can be seen confronting the driver, asking if he owned the bus and challenging him on whether he would permit her to board or not.

The driver stopped the bus in the middle of the road and disembarked, prompting angry remarks from female passengers who questioned the necessity of the free bus ride. The driver lamented that the policy of free bus rides for women has negatively impacted their work.
