Speaking at a preparatory meeting in Narsampet, KTR urged voters to support Rakesh Reddy for the graduate MLC seat, highlighting his ability to challenge the government. He criticised the Congress for failing to fulfill its promises, particularly regarding the Rs. 2 lakh loan waiver announced six months ago. KTR questioned the delay in implementing various welfare measures and job creation schemes, accusing Congress leaders, including Revanth Reddy, of deception.

Highlighting Telangana's progress over the past decade, KTR listed achievements such as job creation, infrastructure development, and improved healthcare under the BRS regime. He challenged opponents to present evidence of any state surpassing Telangana in job creation. KTR also criticised the delay in releasing Rythu Bandhu funds, emphasising the government's accountability to voters.
