AP CID summons TDP leader P Narayana in IRR case on October 4
TDP general secretary and another former Minister Nara Lokesh will also be questioned on the same day at the CID’s Vijayawada office

AMARAVATI: Andhra Pradesh Crime Investigation Department (CID) on Monday summoned former Municipal Administration Minister P Narayana to present himself before it on October 4 in connection with the Amaravati Inner Ring Road (IRR) alignment scam case.
TDP general secretary and another former Minister Nara Lokesh will also be questioned on the same day at the CID’s Vijayawada office. Lokesh received the summons on Saturday in New Delhi.
Narayana, who was A2 in the IRR case, sought anticipatory bail in the case from the High Court, and was called for questioning on Wednesday.
Reacting to the CID notice, Narayana said that he would attend the questioning in Vijayawada and would put all the details in front of the investigating authorities. He refused to add any further as the case was sub judice.
