Araku TDP worker threatens to slap Chandrababu Naidu with slipper if former MLA's son is denied ticket

VIZIANAGARAM: Former TDP Minister Nakka Anand Babu had a bitter experience when he visited Araku Valley on Sunday to inspect arrangements for the upcoming Yuvagalam Padayatra of Nara Lokesh.

The local TDP leaders blocked the proceedings of Anand Babu's meeting and raised slogans that injustice was meted out to TDP leader Siveri Abraham, son of former MLA Siveri Soma who was gunned down by Maoists in 2018.

"Chandrababu is a fraud who promised to give a ticket to Abraham," said one of the Abraham's cadre.

In a video that has emerged from the meeting, an activist promised to hit Chandrababu Naidu with a shoe if Abraham was denied a ticket for the upcoming elections.
