BJP leader Kavuri Sambasiva Rao’s daughter Srivani arrested in cheating case

HYDERABAD: The Maharashtra Police arrested BJP leader Kavuri Sambasiva Rao’s daughter Kavuri Srivani at Shamshabad International Airport on Friday in connection with a cheating case in Maharashtra.

The Maharashtra Police issued a Look Out Circular (LoC) to Srivani in a cheating case. She came to Shamshabad Airport to leave for Dubai on Thursday night. The airport authorities immediately alerted the Maharashtra Police.

A team of police personnel from Maharashtra reached the airport and took her into custody. Later, they shifted Srivani to Maharashtra on a Prisoner in Transit (PT) warrant after producing her in the Rajendranagar court.
