ONGOLE: In a shocking incident, a constable shot his son in Ongole district in Andhra Pradesh on Saturday. According to reports, the accused, identified as AP constable Kodamula Prasad, was on duty at the EVM strong room during the incident.

His son, S Kamal (20), dropped by the EVM strong room on a bike on Saturday night. While leaving the spot, his son asked him to give him Rs. 20,000 from his salary, which led to an argument between them. Prasad shot his son in anger, following which the son died on the spot.
