Girls outperform boys once again in AP EAPCET

VIJAYAWADA: Andhra Pradesh Education Minister Botsa Satyanarayana announced the Andhra Pradesh Engineering, Agricultural and Pharmacy Common Entrance Test (AP EAPCET) 2023 results on Wednesday. The overall pass percentage for the engineering stream was 76.32 percent while the pass percentage for the agriculture stream was 89.65 percent.

Girls once again outperformed boys in the AP EAPCET 2023, with a pass percentage of 79.31 percent compared to 72.33 percent for boys.

A total of 2,24,724 students appeared for the engineering stream, and 1,71,514 qualified. In the agriculture stream, 90,573 students appeared, and 81,203 qualified.

Students can check their results online at cets.apsche.ap.gov.in. To do so, they will need to login with their registration number and hall ticket number.

AP EAPCET is a state-level entrance exam for admission to undergraduate engineering and agriculture programmes in Andhra Pradesh. The exam was conducted between May 15-19 and May 22-23, 2023.

The results of the AP EAPCET 2023 will be used for admission to government and private engineering and agriculture colleges in Andhra Pradesh. The counseling process for admission will begin soon.
