Radha is likely to tie the knot with Jakkam Pushpavalli, the younger daughter of Narsapuram ex-Municipal chairman Jakkam Ammani and Babji of Narsapuram town. It is stated that this marriage is fixed with the girl who is his friend's close relatives. The engagement is all set to take place on August 19 and wedding is slated for September 6, 2023.

Vangaveeti Radha was elected as MLA once in 2004. Even though he has been active in politics since then, he was not lucky enough to enter the Assembly again. Radha is confident that he will definitely win in forthcoming elections. Currently he is in TDP and in plans to contest from Vijayawada Central . But, it is still not clear from where Radha will be given the seat
