TIRUPATI: Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister YS Jaganmohan Reddy is committed to making Rayalaseema the judicial capital, said Tirupati MLA Bhumana Karunakar Reddy.

While addressing 'Rayalaseema Atma Gourava Maha Sabha' in Tirupati, MLA Bhumana Karunakar Reddy said YSR brought Sri City to Rayalaseema and only chief minister YS Jagan has the power to turn Rayalaseema into a gem.

He further said that Chandrababu was Rayalseema dhrohi since he treated Rayalaseema unfairly and betrayed his own father-in-law, former Andhra Pradesh chief minister NT Rama Rao.

A few days after the Visakha Garjana rally in Visakhapatnam, thousands of people from Tirupati came out with 'Rayalaseema Atma Gourava Maha Pradarshana' conducted in support of Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister YS Jaganmohan Reddy's move to decentralise the state capitals and establish three instead of one.

The YSR Congress leaders organised a large rally from Krishnapuram thaana to the municipal corporation office circle, followed by a public meeting, with the support of Rayalaseema non-political JAC members.

Tirupati MLA Bhumana Karunakar Reddy and the leaders of the Joint Action Committee (JAC), which included employees, intellectuals, and renowned individuals, urged people to make the meeting a rousing success.

As anticipated by the JAC, thousands of people gathered on Tirupati streets in a major show of support for the three capitals.

The YSRCP decided to intensify the decentralisation campaign after the grand success of Visakha Garjana on October 15,2022.
