AMARAVATI: Former Chief Minister of Andhra Pradesh and Telugu Desam Party chief N. Chandrababu Naidu, along with his wife Nara Bhuvaneswari, own assets worth Rs. 931 crore, marking a 39 percent increase since the 2019 polls, according to an affidavit submitted to the Election Commission of India (ECI) on April 19, 2024.

According to the affidavit, their assets amounted to Rs. 668 crore in 2019, with the majority being owned by Bhuvaneswari in the form of shares in Heritage Foods, Nirvana Holdings, and other companies. Bhuvaneswari also possesses gold, diamonds, and silver worth Rs. 3 crore.

Their immovable properties are located in Hyderabad, Tamil Nadu, and Chittoor. Naidu is currently facing 24 criminal cases, including the Amaravati land scam, fibernet scam, and skill development scam.

Bhuvaneswari filed a nomination for the Kuppam Assembly constituency on Friday on behalf of her husband.
