KATHIPUDI: Janasena Party (JSP) Chief Pawan Kalyan dared the Chief MInister YS Jagan Mohan Reddy to try and stop him from entering Assembly this time. He made it clear that Amaravati will be continued as capital for Andhra Pradesh, if Janasena was blessed with power in the coming elections.

Addressing a mammoth public gathering after embarking his ‘Varahi Vijaya Yatra’ here on Wednesday, Pawan Kalyan alleged that the YSRCP intentionally defeated him in Gajuwaka and Bhimavaram and prevented him entering Assembly. ‘’If the people of Gajuwaka blessed me with power in the 2019 elections, I would stop the exploitations of the YSRCP ruling government in Rushikonda’’, Pawan Kalyan said.

Taking a strong exception against the YSRCP government for ignoring the development in Amaravati, the Janasena Chief said that it was Jagan Mohan Reddy who supported the capital in Amaravati while he was in opposition. Instead, he even suggested the Telugu Desam Party (TDP) acquire 5,000 acres of land from the farmers for building a capital city with world-class facilities. Pawan Kalyan blamed the Chief Minister for farmer deaths in Amaravati and questioned him for not opposing the capital in Amravati while he was in opposiiton, Pawan Kalyan said. Confining Amaravati for a caste is highly deplorable, he added.

Highlighting the failures of the YSRCP government, Pawan Kalyan said that the Chief Minister had utterly failed on fronts and even ignored the implementation of the complete liquor ban in the state. At present, the state is augmenting a revenue of Rs 25,000 crore per annum through liquor sales. Referring to Jagan Mohan Reddy’s comments of ‘Class War’ in the state, the Janasena Chief elaborated that Class War means rich exploiting the poor. He compared Jagan Mohan Reddy with Robinhood and George Soro for exploiting the building workers and looting Rs 450 crore from the working classes.

Coming down heavily on the YSRCP government for targeting the Janasena, Pawan Kalyan said that Janasena is the only alternative to question the ruling party’s corruption and irregularities. ‘’My fight is with the leaders involved in corruption and earning income illegally. Nobody has the dare to question the irregularities made by the Chief Minister. It was essential for the public to question the corrupt leaders in democracy. People’s representatives should be fair and do politics in a transparent manner, not targeting personally’’, he said. Reacting on the alliances, the Janasena Chief said that he was yet to take a call on the alliances with other political parties and politics will be made from Andhra Pradesh.
