Skill Scam: ACB court posts hearing of custody, bail petition of Chandrababu Naidu for Wednesday
With the ACB Special Court Judge taking leave for a day owing to personal reasons, the in-charge judge posted the further hearing of the custody petition in the skill development scam to Wednesday.

VIJAYAWADA: With the ACB Special Court Judge taking leave for a day owing to personal reasons, the in-charge judge posted the further hearing of the custody petition filed by the CID and the bail petition filed on half on Nara Chandrababu Naidu in the skill development scam to Wednesday.
The Metropolitan Session Judge covering for the ACB judge who was on leave, briefly heard the arguments before posting the case on Wednesday. The CID continuing its argument that the Court must consider the custody petition before taking up the hearing on the bail petition, sought custody of Naidu for five more days.
Meanwhile, Naidu’s lawyers filed a counter against the custody petition saying that their client was illegally jailed in the skill development case, violating section 17-A of the Prevention of Corruption Act.
