VIJAYAWADA: The ACB special court in Vijayawada on Friday reserved its judgment till October 30 in dealing with the petition of former Chief Minister Nara Chandrababu Naidu seeking call data of all the AP CID officers involved in his arrest in Nandyal on September 9.

The ACB court after hearing prolonged arguments of both sides reserved its judgment. Earlier Naidu’s counsel argued that the call data of the officials that were involved in the arrest and moving of Naidu from Nandyal RK function hall to the CID office in Tadepalli would reveal the persons involved in the arrest and leaking of photos and information to the media.

However, the advocates arguing on behalf of the CID and through a counter said that divulging information about the CID officers would be detrimental to their personal safety and hence should not be made public.
