AMARAVATI: The Andhra Pradesh High Court on Friday, posted a further hearing on the bail petition of former Chief Minister Nara Chandrababu Naidu in the skill development scam case to November 15.

Earlier, the Andhra Pradesh Crime Investigation Department (CID) urged an adjournment as the quash petition filed by Naidu in the Supreme Court has reserved its verdict and is expected to deliver its judgment any time after Deepavali.

Meanwhile, the AP High Court posted the hearing on the appeal of the AP CID to reopen the hearing on the quash petition filed by the accused in the Amaravati assigned lands scam case to November 22. The High Court had already heard the arguments and reserved its verdict. However, the CID armed with new evidence, sought the court to reopen the case.
