HYDERABAD: The Andhra Pradesh High Court, which heard the arguments of Additional Advocate General Ponnavolu Sudhakar Reddy after lunch on Wednesday, posted further hearing on the bail petition of Nara Chandrababu Naidu in the skill development scam case to Thursday.

Advocates of Chandrababu Naidu submitted health reports of the former Chief Minister to the High Court. Naidu underwent diagnostic tests and cataract surgery on his right eye in Hyderabad. The High Court has granted four weeks of interim conditional bail to Naidu for four weeks. He has to surrender before the court on November 28.

The medical reports submitted to the court suggested that Naidu had a heart-related ailment and his heart was enlarged due to erratic blood supply to the heart, possibly due to clogged arteries. The reports further suggested that the former CM’s diabetes was under control, but he required bed rest and to follow the directions given by his doctors.
