Student brutally attacks two medicos at SV Medical College in Tirupati

TIRUPATI: Two medical students have been severely injured after another student from undergraduate hostel of SV Medical College attacked them in Tirupati on Tuesday morning.

According to details, on Tuesday morning, a student Ganesh attacked two others identified as Nandaluru Mahesh and Praveen, and fled from the spot. While Mahesh was attacked with a surgical blade, Praveen was attacked with a cricket bat.

The victims were rushed to RUIA Hospital where doctors are currently conducting surgeries on them. The police have launched search operations for Ganesh in Venkatagiri mandal of Tirupati district.
