TTD IT wing lodges complaint against fake job websites

TIRUMALA: The IT Wing of the Tirumala Tirupati Devastanams has identified some fake websites and social media handles that were cheating the unemployed by offering jobs in the TTD with a hefty salary of Rs 1 lakh even for those with a 10th class qualification.

TTD IT wing General Manager Sandeep on Thursday lodged a complaint against eight such fake social media platforms which are cheating the unemployed with false news. The complaint was lodged in the One Town Police Station in Tirumala.

The IT Wing also identified the addresses of these fake handles during their routine monitoring of websites and social media. The TTD urged devotees not to fall prey to such unscrupulous social media handles.
