HYDERABAD: The grand pre-release event for Prabhas' highly anticipated film "Adipurush" took place in Tirupathi, attracting massive crowds and creating a buzz in the Indian cinema industry. Directed by Om Raut, the film is set to hit theaters on the 16th of this month. The event was graced by the presence of Sri Tridandi Srimannarayana Ramanuja Chinna Jeeyar Swami, who attended as the chief guest and delivered a heartfelt speech.

Chinna Jeeyar Swami began his speech by drawing a connection between the blockbuster film "Baahubali" and Lord Sriram, stating that Baahubali happened to showcase the true essence of Lord Sriram. He expressed his joy at Prabhas taking up the responsibility of bringing Lord Sriram's story to the audience.

The revered spiritual leader went on to praise Lord Sriram as a modern man who embodied great principles and showed humanity how to live with integrity. He emphasized that Lord Sriram was adored by all, including trees, animals, demons, humans, and gods, highlighting his universal appeal and exemplary character.

Chinna Jeeyar Swami commended the team of "Adipurush" for their noble intention of bringing the story of Ramayana to the world, particularly the younger generation. He deemed it a virtuous endeavor and extended his blessings to the entire team for their efforts in making history accessible to the common man and showcasing the greatness of Lord Sriram. He emphasized that God resides within each individual and commended the collaboration between Prabhas and Om Raut, which he believes brings forth the essence of Lord Sriram through the film.

The spiritual leader stressed the need for a new portrayal of Lord Sriram, suited for the modern generation and the evolving world of technology. He lauded the rendition of the song "Jai Shriram" by Ajay, Atul, and their team, and concluded his speech with chants of "Jai Shriram" and "Jai Shrimannarayana."

"Adipurush" features Kriti Sanon in the role of Janaki, along with Sunny Singh, Devadatta Nage, Saif Ali Khan, and others. The film will be released in multiple languages, promising a grand cinematic experience for audiences across the country.
