After a long stay in the USA, 'Kushi' actress Samantha returns to India

HYDERABAD: Samantha Ruth Prabhu has returned to Hyderabad after an extended stay of nearly a month in the United States. The actress was spotted at the Hyderabad airport on Sunday night, getting into her car. The photos and videos of the same have gone viral on social media.

During her time in the US, Samantha enjoyed quality time with her family in New York, embarked on a road trip, and reportedly sought treatment for her health condition, myositis. The actress, however, did not reveal more details regarding the same. At the same time, Samantha also attended a promotional event in the USA regarding the film which has become a big hit.

Meanwhile, Samantha's return to India comes on the heels of her recent film "Kushi" achieving success at the box office, further adding to her homecoming. Vijay Deverakonda played the lead role in the movie. Shiva Nirvana is the film's director.

The film had completed a run of three days already and in the first weekend, the movie had made a revenue that is on par with the public talk.

The movie also features Murli Sharma, Sachin Khedkar, Lakshmi, Shathru, Rahul Ramakrishna, Saranya Ponvannan, Rohini and Jayaram in other pivotal roles.
