AR Rahman to compose music for Ram Charan's next with Buchi Babu Sana

HYDERABAD: Mega Powerstar Ram Charan will soon wrap up the shoot of his next film titled Gamechanger and will start working on another film dubbed RC16. According to the latest reports, AR Rahman has been roped in to compose songs and the original score for this untitled project. Buchi Babu Sana will helm the film.
If all goes as planned, the makers of RC 16 may soon make an official announcement, welcoming AR Rahman on board with a social media update. This collaboration between Ram Charan and Rahman is highly anticipated and will mark their first-ever onscreen association.
For those unfamiliar with the project, RC 16 was officially launched by the filmmakers on Ram Charan's birthday, accompanied by a captivating first-look poster—a beautiful sketch.
While initial rumors were suggesting that the project might be a biopic, the RC 16 team dispelled these speculations and revealed that the film is, in fact, a rural-based sports drama. Popular actress Janhvi Kapoor is reportedly being considered for the female lead in the film, adding to the excitement surrounding the project.
Furthermore, the untitled film is set to receive a pan-Indian release in five languages, including Telugu, Tamil, Malayalam, Kannada, and Hindi.
