Bigg Buzz: Nothing Looks Positive For Bigg Boss Telugu OTT 2!

HYDERABAD: While there were initial reports and speculations about the Bigg Boss OTT Season 2, the plans for the OTT version have been canceled. The main reasons behind this decision include the lack of interest from top celebrities and the anticipation that the OTT version may not garner the popularity of the regular televised show.

The first season of the OTT version was launched two years ago, and it did not bring in the desired results. While the female contestant Bindu Madhavi emerged as the winner, the audiences were not happy with the season's performance.

Notably, the participation of prominent celebrities and a charismatic host often contributes significantly to the success of reality shows like Bigg Boss. In this case, the reported disinterest from top celebs and the decision of Nagarjuna not to host the OTT version likely influenced the show's producers to reconsider their plans.

Although the OTT version may not materialize for now, it's mentioned that preparations are being made for the regular Season 8 of Bigg Boss, indicating that the show will continue its traditional format on television.
