Devara Postponement Confirmed?

HYDERABAD: Devara is one of the most anticipated Telugu releases of this year. This Jr NTR-starrer action drama is directed by Koratala Siva. Janhvi Kapoor and Saif Ali Khan are playing other pivotal roles in it. It has been already announced that the film will be made in two parts, with the first part scheduled for a worldwide release on April 5.

However, we now hear that the release may get postponed. According to the buzz, the works of visual effects and music are getting delayed. Apparently, music director Anirudh is yet to deliver a few songs. The makers have to shoot those songs and also get the visual effects done. All these works may take time, leading the film to move out of the summer race.
An official confirmation regarding the postponement is expected to be out soon. If Devara moves out of April 5th, Vijay Deverakonda's Family Star may take that slot. Anyway, we have to wait for a few more days for official confirmations.
