Fan builds a temple for actress Samantha; Pics go viral

HYDERABAD: Samantha is one of the most talented heroines in the movie industry. The actress is currently busy with a series of interesting projects. On her birthday yesterday, a fan from Andhra Pradesh inaugurated a temple dedicated to actress Samantha Ruth Prabhu as a tribute to her philanthropic work and her contribution to the entertainment industry. The fan, Tenali Sandeep, decided to build the temple in the Baptla district to showcase his love and respect for the popular actress.

Samantha has been vocal about her health condition and opened up about her diagnosis in October 2022. Recently, she shared a picture of herself undergoing treatment in the hospital amid her busy work schedule. Before the temple's inauguration and her birthday celebrations, Sandeep went on a five-day pilgrimage trip to Tirumala, Ameen Peer Dargah, and Velankanni Church to offer prayers for Samantha's speedy recovery.

While pictures of the newly built temple are yet to be revealed, an alleged photo of the idol that Sandeep made at his house for the temple has surfaced online. The fan has reportedly created a massive idol of Samantha's head that will serve as a centerpiece. Samantha is yet to react to the news of the temple's inauguration and her fan's gesture.

On the work front, Samantha has two upcoming projects in the pipeline - Citadel India, where she will share the screen space with Varun Dhawan, and Kushi, where she will reunite with Vijay Deverakonda.
