In response to recent concerns about the availability of theatres for 'Guntur Karam,' Nagavamsi confidently addressed the issue. Nagavamsi took to Twitter to assertively declare "I am extremely confident about the film's content. Trust me, we are on the same page. 'Guntur Karam' will have a grand release, and we assure you the celebrations will be unparalleled. Leave the release to us; your duty is to ensure the celebrations."

Set to follow in the footsteps of Maheshbabu-Trivikram's previous successes like 'Athadu' and 'Khaleja,' 'Guntur Karam' features Srileela and Meenakshi Chaudhary as the heroines. The film boasts an impressive cast, including Jagapathi Babu, Jayaram, Prakashraj, and others. S. Radhakrishna is producing the film under the banner of Harika and Hasini Creations.
