HYDERABAD: Tanhaji fame Om Raut teamed up with Rebel Star Prabhas for the mythological drama Adipurush. This live-action 3D film features Prabhas in the role of Lord Rama. Kriti Sanon, Saif Ali Khan, Sunny Singh and Devdatta Nage played the other lead roles in it.
On the occasion of Hanuman Jayanti, the makers unveiled the song 'Jai Shri Ram' from the movie. This is an enchanting devotional number composed by Ajay and Atul. The powerful lyrics and the stunning chorus give us goosebumps for sure.
Audiences will love it in the first hearing itself. Within no time, Jai Shri Ram will be played across various festive events and temples across India. Manoj Muntashir penned the lyrics of this song while multiple male and female singers crooned it. Along with the song, the makers also unveiled a special poster of Devdatta Nage, who played the role of Lord Hanuman.
Adipurush is currently in the post-production stage. It is set for a grand release on June 16th in Hindi, Telugu, Tamil, Malayalam and Kannada. Bhushan Kumar, Krishan Kumar, Om Raut, Prasad Sutar and Rajesh Nair produced the film under the banners T-Series Films and Retrophiles Production.
