'Jawan' director Atlee to get busy as producer!
Atlee revealed that his next venture as a producer will be a Hindi film, tentatively titled "VD18," featuring Varun Dhawan, Keerthy Suresh, and Wamiqa Gabbi
HYDERABAD: Director Atlee, enjoying the success of his latest film "Jawan" with Shah Rukh Khan in the lead role, is doing extremely well in Bollywood right now. He has shared plans to produce four films under his production company, A for Apple Studios. He is going to produce a series of interesting films now.
In a recent interview, Atlee revealed that his next venture as a producer will be a Hindi film, tentatively titled "VD18," featuring Varun Dhawan, Keerthy Suresh, and Wamiqa Gabbi. The film is rumored to be a Bollywood remake of Atlee's 2016 blockbuster "Theri," which starred Thalapathy Vijay, Samantha Ruth Prabhu, and Amy Jackson.
Beyond his current projects, Atlee has three more films lined up under his production banner—two in Tamil and one in Telugu. While Atlee is presently taking a break to focus on family life and his newborn baby, he has hinted at working on a significant project after getting approval from both Thalapathy Vijay and Shah Rukh Khan for a dual hero movie.
Although he hasn't confirmed details about this project, Atlee suggested that it could be his next venture and might involve a Hollywood writer.
