HYDERABAD: Superstar Rajinikanth has completed shooting for his cameo role in his daughter Aishwarya's directorial film "Lal Salaam." Aishwarya took to Instagram to share a photo of herself hugging her father and expressing her gratitude for the opportunity to work with him. What caught everyone's attention in the picture is the presence of Jeevitha Rajasekhar.
Jeevitha quit acting long back and she is making her comeback with this prestigious film. The film also features Vishnu Vishal. Jeevitha was last seen in the film Magaadu (1990) and after three decades she is acting in Lal Salaam. The reports say that she has a significant character in the film.
Rajinikanth's involvement in "Lal Salaam" has been eagerly anticipated, and his role in the film is that of Moideen Bhai.
Aishwarya, who is returning to direction after a gap of seven years, is helming the project. "Lal Salaam" is produced by Lyca Productions and features music composed by Oscar-winning musician AR Rahman.
The release date for "Lal Salaam" is yet to be announced
