Lokesh Kanagaraj to work with Vikram but there is a twist!

HYDERABAD: Chiyaan Vikram, known for his versatility in South Indian cinema, recently completed filming for his ambitious project 'Thangalaan' with director Pa Ranjith. The actor has now transformed his new look. There is an interesting update about Vikram's next film now.

There were earlier reports of him reviving the Mahavir Karna project, which he had opted out of a few years ago. However, no confirmation has been provided from the production side regarding this. In the middle of this, we hear that director Lokesh Kanagaraj will join hands with Vikram, but the twist is that he won't direct the actor.

According to the sources, Vikram will star in a script penned by Kanagaraj, with Mahesh Balasubramaniam, one of Kanagaraj's assistants, taking on the directorial responsibilities.

Lalit Kumar, who produced the film 'Leo' under his banner Seven Screen Studio, is also expected to produce this venture. The project is tentatively titled 'Chiyaan 62,' but an official confirmation is yet to be made.
