HYDERABAD: Rashmika's dance step in the song "Saami Saami" from the film Pushpa became a massive hit, and she was asked to perform it everywhere she went. However, it seems that Rashmika has realized that she may have overdone it as she had to perform the step numerous times during the Pushpa promotions and post its success.
The repeated performances even made memes on Rashmika's "Saami Saami" dance. In a recent Twitter interaction, a fan asked Rashmika if they could dance to the song with her. In response, Rashmika humorously made fun of herself.
Rashmika replied, ‘I’ve done saami saami step tooooo many times.. that now I feel like I’ll have issues with my back when I get older.. why you do this to me re.. 🥲 let’s do something else when me meet. 😋’ So no Saami Saami step from Rashmika anymore.
During the same interaction, Rashmika also shared some funny incidents that took place on the sets of the film Varissu.
On the work front, Rashmika's next film is with Nithiin. The duo is reuniting after a long time. Earlier, they worked on the film Bheeshma, directed by Venky Kudumula.
