HYDERABAD: Renowned filmmaker Mysskin recently made an intriguing revelation, fueling excitement among movie enthusiasts. While talking in an interview, Mysskin who is a part of Lokesh Kanagaraj's next film LEO revealed that the young filmmaker has been entrusted with the responsibility of helming a project starring none other than the legendary Superstar Rajinikanth. The news comes with an unexpected twist, as Mysskin hinted that this film might potentially mark Rajinikanth's final cinematic endeavor.

In a recent interview, Mysskin spoke highly of Lokesh Kanagaraj, highlighting his remarkable talent and growing influence in the film industry. The fact that a superstar of Rajinikanth's stature, who has dominated the silver screen for five decades, personally reached out to Lokesh Kanagaraj to collaborate on a project is undoubtedly a moment of immense pride for the gifted director.

Currently, Rajinikanth has completed shooting for the film 'Jailer,' which is now in the post-production stage and is slated for release on August 10th of this year.

Following its release, the iconic actor is expected to embark on his next venture, a collaboration with filmmaker T.J. Gnanavel tentatively titled 'Thalaivar 170,' with Lyca Productions backing the project.

Simultaneously, the highly anticipated film 'Leo,' featuring Thalapathy Vijay in the lead role and directed by Lokesh Kanagaraj, is progressing smoothly and is set to hit the silver screens in October, promising a visual treat for moviegoers.
