Shruti Haasan comes onboard for Nani 30

HYDERABAD: Natural Star Nani scored his career's biggest hit with Dasara. Now, he is busy with the work of his upcoming film Nani 30. Directed by debutant Shouryuv, this movie features Mrunal Thakur as the female lead. The shooting is currently progressing in Goa.
If the ongoing buzz is anything to go by, popular actress Shruti Haasan is set to play a vital role in the movie. Apparently, the makers recently narrated the role to Shruti and she liked it as well. It seems that she gave her nod and also joined the shoot recently.
An official announcement about Shruti's inclusion will be made soon. Touted to be a family entertainer, Nani 30 is slated for worldwide release on December 21. Mohan Cherukuri (CVM) and Dr. Vijender Reddy Teegala are bankrolling the project under the banner Vyra Entertainments.
Hesham Abdul Wahab of Hridayam fame is composing the music for this movie. Sanu John Varughese is handling the cinematography. Meanwhile, we hear that Nani will team up with his Ante Sundaraniki director Vivek Athreya for the second time for a new film, after completing Nani 30. An official announcement of this project will be made soon.
