HYDERABAD: After scoring a thumping hit with Karthikeya 2 last year, Nikhil Siddhartha is coming back with his new film Spy. Directed by Garry BH, this spy-thriller is gearing up for a worldwide release on June 29. Meanwhile, the makers unveiled the theatrical trailer recently.
Nikhil plays the role of Jai, who is on a mission to catch a criminal named Kaadhir, who has a few confidential documents about Netaji Subhash Chandra Bose. On the other side, Nikhil also has to avenge his brother's death.
As we all know, Spy tries to explore the hidden secrets of Netaji Subhash Chandra Bose's death. The trailer is cut well and gives us a gist of the story. The action sequences are well-choreographed and were pictured in stunning locales. It looks like the makers have spent a whopping amount of money on this movie.
Ishwarya Menon plays the female lead in Spy. Rana Daggubati essays a special role in it. Sanya Thakur, Jisshu Sen Gupta, Makrand Deshpande, Abhinav Gomatam, Krishna Teja and Ravi Varma play the other key roles in it. Sricharan Pakala and Vishal Chandrasekhar composed the music.
