Thalapathy Vijay's son to be launched with Uppena remake?

Thalapathy Vijay is one of the biggest stars in South India. He enjoys a massive fan following in Tamil Nadu. Now, it looks like he is planning to launch his son Jason Sanjay into movies. If the latest buzz is anything to go by, he may make his debut with a Telugu remake.

According to Kollywood sources, plans are being made to launch Sanjay with the Uppena remake. Directed by Buchi Babu Sana, Uppena is a 2021 romantic drama which features Panjaa Vaishnav Tej, Krithi Shetty and Vijay Sethupathi in the lead roles. It was a blockbuster at the box office.

Uppena grabbed everyone's attention with its shocking climax and rooted backdrop. Buchi Babu excelled in his direction too. Apparently, a few Tamil producers are holding talks directly with Vijay regarding this movie's remake. They want to launch Sanjay. We may get an official update about Sanjay's debut very soon.

We also hear that Krithi Shetty and Vijay Sethupathi will be retained for the remake as well. It is unknown whether Buchi Babu will direct the film because he already has a project with Ram Charan in the pipeline. Anyway, let's wait for an official confirmation regarding the news.
