HYDERABAD: The music director is currently working on a few exciting projects. There is a common opinion in the film industry that with the entry of more music directors from other languages, the work for Thaman is coming down, and this is happening only because the existing Telugu composers are not delivering their work on time. However, Thaman opened up and shared his support with talented music composers from other languages.

In a media interaction today, Thaman expressed his enthusiasm and support for the influx of talented musicians being roped in by Telugu producers. Thaman emphasized that healthy competition is always beneficial, promoting growth and pushing artists to excel in their craft. He cited examples from his own career, where he ventured into different languages and collaborated with musicians from diverse backgrounds.

Thaman highlighted his previous projects, such as "Simba" and "Golmaal" in Hindi and "Varisu" in Tamil, demonstrating his willingness to explore new territories and embrace competition outside of his comfort zone.

At the same time, he acknowledged the exceptional talent of fellow musicians like GV Prakash, whose song "Mastaru Mastaru" became a massive hit, and Anirudh Ravichander, a well-known music composer in the industry.

Thaman emphasized that Telugu producers possess a remarkable ability to spot talent regardless of regional boundaries, displaying a willingness to collaborate with artists from various backgrounds.

Currently, Thaman is waiting for BRO's release and working on Gutur Kaaram along with Skandha, Bhagvanth Kesari, OG, and Gamechanger.
