Adipurush: Cine-goer beaten up for expressing his view

HYDERABAD: The frenzy over the release of Adipurush is not subsiding. Yet another unsavoury incident took place in the IMAX theatre in Hyderabad. A person who expressed a negative review about the movie was allegedly beaten up by the mob.

The regular practice of reporters gathering reviews from the audience coming out of the show turned into an altercation when one of the cine-goers commented that Prabhas did not look like Rama and that the VFX of the movie was of poor quality.

The onlookers took offense to the comments that the person made while talking to a tv channel and started abusing him. The abuse later turned into physical aggression and he was roughed up.
