SANGAREDDY: Seven people tragically lost their lives in a fire accident at a chemical factory on the outskirts of Chandapur village in Hathnoora mandal after a reactor exploded on Wednesday.

According to reports, several workers were trapped when a massive fire broke out at SB Organics, the chemical factory. Fire engines quickly responded, and rescue operations are currently underway.

Telangana CM Revanth Reddy reviews reactor blast at SB Organic industry

Telangana Chief Minister Revanth Reddy conducted a review on Wednesday with officials regarding the reactor blast incident at the SB Organics industry near Chandapur in the Hathnoora mandal of Sangareddy district.

The officials briefed the Chief Minister that the fire accident resulted from the explosion of the reactor within the industry premises. Following this, the Chief Minister directed the Fire Department officials to expedite rescue operations and gain control over the fire.

Revanth Reddy instructed district authorities to ensure enhanced medical care for the injured individuals involved in the fire accident. He expressed shock over the incident and offered his condolences to the grieving families of those who lost their lives.
