Cyberabad police impose traffic diversions towards IKEA Rotary from all directions from March 22

HYDERABAD: To ensure seamless traffic flow, Cyberabad police have imposed experimental traffic restrictions for commuters heading towards IKEA Rotary from all directions, effective March 22, 2024.

This measure aims to mitigate potential congestion issues and facilitate smoother travel for the public. Cyberabad police has advised the commuters to take note of the following diversion routes and plan their journeys accordingly.

Route 1:- Traffic coming from Bio-Diversity Junction towards IKEA Rotary.

• Commuters aiming to reach Cyber Towers should continue their journey via the IKEA Under Pass Road.
• Commuters travelling towards Cable Bridge should make a right turn at the IKEA Rotary, proceeding in the anti-clockwise direction within the rotary itself, in order to continue their journey towards the Cable Bridge.
• Commuters traveling on this route have the option to make a U-turn at the IKEA Rotary

Route 2:- Traffic coming from Cyber Towers towards IKEA Rotary.

• Commuters traveling on this route have the option to make a U-turn at the IKEA Rotary, and a free left road awaits vehicles heading towards the Cable Bridge.
• Commuters aiming to reach Bio-Diversity junction should continue their journey via the IKEA Under Pass Road.

Route 3:- Traffic coming from Meenakshi Junction towards Bio-Diversity Junction.

• Commuters traveling on this route should continue straight at the IKEA rotary and, upon reaching C-Gate first U-turn, utilise the first available U-turn to proceed towards Bio-Diversity Junction.

In order to ensure smooth flow of traffic, the above traffic diversions will be in effect from March 22, 2024 in the limits of Raidurgam Traffic police station, Cyberabad.

Cyberabad police has requested the commuters to follow the above advisory and co-operate with traffic police in ensuring smooth flow of traffic.
