HYDERABAD: Taking air connectivity to the next level, GMR Hyderabad International Airport Ltd. (GHIAL) on Friday announced the introduction of two new flight services from Hyderabad to Singapore and Colombo with IndiGo.

IndiGo would begin operations on the Hyderabad to Singapore route on October 29, 2023, while its operations on the Hyderabad to Colombo route would begin on November 3, 2023. These new routes were an exciting addition to IndiGo's ever-growing network and were reflective of Hyderabad International Airport’s commitment to enhance connectivity for travelers.

The introduction of these two new services was aimed at providing convenient travel options to passengers looking to explore captivating holiday destinations in Far East Asia and Sri Lanka. The flight to Singapore 6E-1027 would depart from Hyderabad at 2:50 am (IST) and arrive in Singapore at 10 am (Singapore Standard Time).

The return flight 6E-1028 would depart from Singapore at 11:25 pm (Singapore Standard Time) and arrive in Hyderabad at 1:30 am. This daily nonstop flight would boost connectivity to Singapore, a key transit hub with seamless connectivity to various other destinations in Far East Asia, Australia, and beyond.

The flight to Colombo 6E-1181 would depart from Hyderabad at 11:50 am and arrive in Colombo at 2 pm. The return flight 6E-1182 would depart from Colombo at 3 pm and arrive in Hyderabad at 5 pm. This nonstop flight service would depart every Monday, Tuesday, Friday, and Sunday.
