In their initial innings, Australia faced early setbacks with the loss of their opening batsmen. However, Steven Smith (44) and Marnus Labuschagne (71) steadied the ship with a 75-run partnership. Following their departure, Australia received valuable contributions from Cameron Green (47), Marcus Stoinis (35), and Adam Zampa (29), resulting in a total score of 286 runs in 50 overs.
