HYDERABAD: Himanshu Rao Kalvakuntla, the son of IT Minister KT Rama Rao and the grandson of Telangana Chief Minister K Chandrasekhar Rao, revealed the singer in him to the world when he released his maiden cover song of โ€˜Golden Hourโ€™ on Friday.

Himanshu took to Twitter to announce the release of his debut song. He said, "Today at 4 p.m., I'll be releasing my first cover song on YouTube. I hope you all enjoy it".

Minister KT Rama Rao, a proud parent, praised his son's attempt on Twitter. "Very happy and excited for my son @TheRealHimansh, I loved it; hope you all do as well," he tweeted.

Himanshu thanked documentary director and DSN Films founder Dulam Sathyanarayana besides his team for editing the 2:40 minute song. He also asked his followers to share their feedback in the comments section.
