HYDERABAD: L&T Metro Rail (Hyderabad) Limited (L&TMRHL) on Thursday unveiled an innovative concept called 'Office Bubbles' at HITEC city, Durgam Cheruvu, and Madhapur metro stations. This pioneering initiative aims to meet the growing demand for flexible workspaces in Hyderabad.

Recognising the evolving needs of businesses, the 'Office Bubbles' initiative offers modern co-working solutions strategically located within metro stations. It provides companies with the opportunity to establish satellite offices across the city, leveraging Hyderabad's extensive metro network for seamless connectivity.

The inauguration ceremony was led by KVB Reddy, MD & CEO of L&TMRHL, and P Ravi Shankar, Vice President & Head – TOD, Project Planning, Control & Contracts, L&TMRHL. Trendz Property Management LLP became the first entity to capitalise on this innovative offering, leasing 10,000 square feet of space across prime locations like HITEC City, Durgam Cheruvu, and Madhapur metro stations.

Trendz Workspace, headed by R Shiva Sharat Reddy, is a leading provider of commercial office space in Hyderabad. Their decision to embrace 'Office Bubbles' underscores the appeal of this concept to businesses across various sectors, including IT, finance, and construction.
