Man beheads wife over suspicion in Abdullahpurmet, accused held

HYDERABAD: In a gruesome incident, a man beheaded his wife over the suspicion of an extramarital affair in Abdullahpurmet of Hyderabad city on Tuesday.

The couple Vinay and Pushpa are residing of JNNAURM Colony in Abdullahpurmet along with their daughter. Vinay grew suspicious of his wife for having an extramarital affair and, out of anger, brutally beheaded his wife and killed her.

Upon receiving the information, the police immediately reached the spot and arrested the accused. The police stated that a case has been registered and an investigation is underway.

However, the reasons for the murder could be revealed after a comprehensive probe.
