Police couple famous for viral video of pre-wedding shoot meet Hyderabad CP C V Anand

HYDERABAD: The newly-wed police couple K Bhavana and her husband Ravuri Kishore, who are in the news for their viral pre-wedding video met Hyderabad Commissioner of Police CV Anand at his office on Friday.

Taking to X (formerly Twitter) CV Anand said, “Met the newly wed cop couple whose wedding shoot went viral and created controversy. Congratulated them and reminded them to uphold the honour of the uniform, even in personal celebrations. They apologised for embarrassing the department. Wished them a lifetime of love and togetherness and conveyed the warm feelings of so many citizens vis a vis their video.”

The pre-wedding video of Sub-inspector K Bhavan was shot at Panjagutta police, where her husband, Armed reserve Sub-inspector Ravuri Kishore, using police machinery went viral on social media platforms. The couple tied the knot on August 26. Earlier, CV Anand acknowledged the excitement of the couple, despite mixed public reactions to the viral pre-wedding shoot of two cops using police machinery.

"Some of us may be offended, but I want to meet them and bless them even though they did not invite me to their wedding. Of course, I advise others not to repeat this without proper permission," tweeted CV Anand.
