HYDERABAD: Tension prevailed for a while at the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) Telangana unit office in Nampally on Wednesday, when the party activists of Nizamabad staged a protest condemning unilateral decisions of MP Dharmapuri Arvind.

Senior leaders and party activists from Nizamabad, including Armour, Balkonda and Bhodan sat in a protest and raised slogans against Dharmapuri Arvind for changing the presidents of 13 mandals in Nizamabad violating the party norms. With the situation going out of control, the party State leaders have sought the enraged activists to leave the party unit office.

Incidentally, BJP State President G Kishan Reddy was also present in the party unit office while the activists were staging a protest against Dharmapuri Arvind On the occasion, the party activists sought Kishan Reddy’s intervention on the matter. Meanwhile, Dharmapuri Arvind expressed his anger towards his party cadre for doing injustice to him in his parliamentary constituency.
