Robberers create havoc snatching chains at Sri Ram Shobha Yatra of MLA Raja Singh in Mangalhat

HYDERABAD: As many as 35 complaints were lodged by the Lord Rama devotees alleging that their valuable ornaments and mobiles were being stolen while they were in the procession of Lord Rama on the occasion of Sri Rama Navami under the Mangalhat police station limits

According to police, when the devotees were queued up in the procession, a gang of robbers wreaked havoc by targeting devotees and stealing their gold chains and mobiles.

The gang of robbers resorted to thefts while dancing in Raja Singh Yatra and transferred the snatched items within seconds. However, some vigilant devotees managed to apprehend a few individuals attempting to snatch the gold chains and handed them over to the police.
