Tollywood hero Sharwanand meets KCR, invites CM for wedding reception

HYDERABAD: Tollywood hero Sharwanand on Thursday called on Telangana Chief Minister K Chandrashekar Rao (KCR) at Pragathi Bhavan in Hyderabad and extended a formal invitation to the latter for his wedding reception. The actor tied the knot with Rakshita Reddy, a US-based techie, in a grand ceremony held at Jaipur on June 3, 2023.

The newly-wed couple is hosting their wedding reception at N Convention in Hyderabad at 7:30 pm on Friday, June 9, 2023. Sharwanand, during his meeting with KCR at Pragathi Bhavan on Thursday, invited the Telangana Chief Minister to grace his wedding reception and give his blessings.

Sharwanand and Rakshita Reddy were engaged at a traditional ceremony in Hyderabad on January 26, 2023. The event was attended by the who’s who of Tollywood including Chiranjeevi and his wife Surekha and Sharwanand’s childhood friends Ramcharan and Rana Daggubati, accompanied by their spouses.

His destination wedding in Jaipur was also a star-studded event with all his close friends and admirers including Ramcharan attending it.

Rakshita Reddy, who is a successful techie in the US, is the granddaughter of veteran politician and former minister of undivided Andhra Pradesh late Bojjala Gopala Krishna Reddy. Sharwanand hails from a business family that is primarily into real estate.
