Veteran Congress leader D Srinivas admitted to hospital with urinary tract infection, stable

HYDERABAD: Senior Congress leader and former Rajya Sabha MP D Srinivas who was ailing with age-related issues was admitted to a private hospital on Tuesday night.

D Srinivas’s son and Nizamabad MP Arvind Dharmapuri took to X on Wednesday and said that his father was admitted for treatment for a urinary tract infection. “He is stable now,” he informed.

D Srinivas who has left Bharat Rashtra Samithi returned home to the Congress before the Assembly elections. However old age and ill health made him bedridden restricting him to his home.
