Woman set on fire in Attapur, victim alleges husband's role

HYDERABAD: A woman was set on fire by dousing her with petrol near Attapur Pillar No. 133 in Rajendranagar police station limits in Ranga Reddy district by unknown assailants. The incident caused a stir locally.

According to information, a woman hailing from Attapur was allegedly attacked and set her ablaze after pouring petrol at Attapur Pillar No. 133 leaving her completely burnt. The assailants left the victim on the road.

Upon receiving the information from locals, the Rajendranagar police reached the spot and inquired about the brutal act. Meanwhile, the victim alleged the role of her husband setting her on ablaze

However, the police registered a case and investigation it in all directions.
